Please turn your mattress regularly and use a mattress protector do not
use solvents or abrasive products on your furniture or bedstead. Always
follow manufactures recommendations as failure to do so may invalidate
your warranty.
WARRANTY POLICY
All our products are covered by a minimum guarantee of 12 months this
covers manufacturing or material defects, wear and tear misuse or abuse
are excluded.
DELIVERIES
Are to the doorstep only.
If arranged we will take your bed or piece of furniture into your home.
Please make a clear passage for our delivery staff as we do not accept
any responsibility for any damaged caused this should be covered by your
own home insurance policy
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
On your purchase you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange
delivery. We offer two slots
A.M. (9 - 1) P.M. ( 1- 6) Monday through till Saturday we may be able
to offer a more specific time.
Failed deliveries will incur a re delivery charge

ASSEMBLY OF YOUR FURNITURE
We do not assemble beds or flat pack furniture unless by prior arrangement.

All prices include V.A.T if exporting to a country outside the E.U you
may be entitled to a V.A.T refund

No record of personal details is kept unless you make a purchase and
are used solely to facilitate your order and are kept strictly confidential
DAMAGED GOODS
Please check your goods on arrival. Your goods will be checked before
leaving our warehouse in the unlikely event your goods are defective
or damaged on arrival please inform your delivery driver. We will endeavour
to replace the faulty item or component from stock where possible or
as soon as we have received it from the manufacturers.
We offer no refunds for specially ordered items; all other refunds are
subject to a 50% Restocking fee.
