CARE OF YOUR GOODS
Please turn your mattress regularly and use a mattress protector do not use solvents or abrasive products on your furniture or bedstead. Always follow manufactures recommendations as failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.

WARRANTY POLICY
All our products are covered by a minimum guarantee of 12 months this covers manufacturing or material defects, wear and tear misuse or abuse are excluded.

DIMENSIONS
All sizes given are approximate and you should satisfy yourself that the goods will fit into the delivery address. The normal bed and mattress sizes (i.e. 3'0" single, 4'6" double, and 5'0" king) refer to the sleeping surface only and you should check the overall dimensions given for each product.

ASSEMBLY
Assembly of an item or items on or before delivery [by prior arrangement] means assembly of the item itself. We will not be held responsible for uneven flooring, walls, carpet etc which means that the item does not sit straight, or in the case of a wardrobe means that it may not be as stable as required or doors do not align perfectly.

PLEASE NOTE:

Assembly of furniture is carried out by independent fitters. We will not be held responsible for any  issues that arise.Your contract is with the fitter who operates independently from Happy Nightmares 

DELIVERIES
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be delivered to the room of your choice, THEREFORE we will only deliver beyond the entrance of the premises at your risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any damaged caused this should be covered by your own insurance policy.

WE WILL NOT DELIVER ANY GOODS IF ACCESS IS DENIED OR IS NOT SAFELY POSSIBLE. We will not remain at the delivery site for more than 30 minutes. You will be liable for insurance and storage charges from the date of abortive delivery currently £5 per day per order. We will redeliver to your address or an alternative address of your choice. You will also incur a redelivery charge

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
On your purchase you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange delivery. We offer two slots
A.M. (9 - 1) P.M. ( 1- 6) Monday through till Saturday we may be able to offer a more specific time.
Failed deliveries will incur a re delivery charge

PAYMENT
Paying online is a safe and secure method of payment your details are completely safe.

ASSEMBLY OF YOUR FURNITURE
We do not assemble beds or flat pack furniture unless by prior arrangement.

V.A.T
All prices include V.A.T if exporting to a country outside the E.U you may be entitled to a V.A.T refund

DEVELOPMENT
We reserve the right to alter or modify the information on this website. Dimensions & colour shades are not always 100% accurate and are for guidance only.

DEPOSITS
Deposits held for goods that are not collected or delivered within 90 days are NON-REFUNDABLE.

PERSONAL DETAILS
No record of personal details is kept unless you make a purchase and are used solely to facilitate your order and are kept strictly confidential

DAMAGED GOODS

Please check your goods on arrival. Your goods will be checked before leaving our warehouse in the unlikely event your goods are defective or damaged on arrival please inform your delivery driver. We will endeavour to replace the faulty item or component from stock where possible or as soon as we have received it from the manufacturers.

VACUUM PACKED MATTRESSES
Unrolled vacuum packed mattresses cannot be returned
REFUNDS.
We offer no refunds for specially ordered items; all other refunds are subject to a 50% Restocking fee.
